Oak Floor Sanding & Resealing – Lichfield, Staffordshire

Oak floor sanding & resealing in Lichfield, Staffordshire.

An existing oak parquet floor was in need of a sand and reseal to bring the floor back to looking almost as good as new.  The floor was sanded to remove the existing surface finish, we then applied a medium oak wood stain to the floor.  Once the medium oak wood stain was dry, the floor was finished using Bona Prime and 2 coats of Bona Mega floor lacquer

Oak Parquet Flooring – Arley House

Solid Oak Parquet flooring, installed at Arley House, nr Bewdley

230mm x 70mm x 22mm Solid Oak Parquet Flooring was installed at Arley House near Bewdley. The existing sub-floors required additional preparation work, which included self-levelling latex and an epoxy DPM.
The solid oak parquet was installed in herringbone pattern and then sanded and sealed with Bona Prime Classic and Bona Traffic HD floor lacquer

St John’s Church, Tamworth

Father Michael asked us to repair the existing parquet block floor at St John’s Church in Tmworth as alterations were being made and the floor needed to be extended where wwalls were being moved and replaced. Reclaimed blocks were sourced by Father Michael to match the existing blocks.

School Floor Sanding, Edgbaston

Sand and reseal of existing parquet herringbone block flooring at a school in Edgbaston.  The existing floor was sanded back to bear wood to remove the existing finish. It was then sanded to a fine finish before it was sealed with 1 base coat of Bona Prime Classic and 3 coats of Bona Traffic HD floor lacquer.
