Herringbone Floor Restoration Eaton Square, London

The floor required a number of repairs to the existing herringbone floor due to loose blocks and damage caused during the ongoing modernisation works taking place.  The loose blocks were carefully lifted out and the floor beneath them checked to remove any loose debris or previous adhesive before they were then re-fixed back into place using Bona adhesive.  The floor was then fully sanded to remove the previous finish

Fiddes Shellac Sealer was applied to the parquet floor and allowed to dry, before the application of a final coat of Fiddes Floor Wax was hand applied to give the desired finish
